Would you like some dry ice? What is dry ice, you ask?
Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. It is used to keep frozen food frozen
for long trips or shipping. Don't try to use it to keep beer cold or
lettuce crisp. It just won't work -- you'll end up with frozen beer and
freezer burnt lettuce and that's just no fun. You can, however, throw
some of it in a bucket of warm water to make great fog clouds at your
next party.
Whatever you do with it, it's $1.30 a pound with a five pound minimum. Pricing decreases with large orders. Call ahead if you want over 20 pounds.
